Sometimes I struggle with suburbia.
Sometimes I miss the places I have been.
Sometimes I would rather be anywhere than doing the morning school run.

I really can relate. That's partly why I love beautiful images, my photo memories or others. They have the ability to transport me just even for a few moments somewhere else. Sometimes that's enough to revitalise my spirit. Thanks for sharing your wonderful images.
ReplyDeleteOh Paris, how I love it, it is on my list to go back to, I loved Rome too.....ahhh life before responsibilities.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, I can't wait to go! You keep me bouncing off the walls in excitement for our Europe trip!
ReplyDelete@mixedgems I so agree with you! It makes me happy looking at beautiful things. I spend hours on Pinterest getting my fix!
ReplyDelete@Mumma's Mini Mes - Kym I hear ya Kym. My awesome European trip was completely solo, no partner, no friends, no kids. It was a life changing experience! I would love to travel with my boys but the cost of flying with 6 of us is a bit prohibitive. We did a six day trek over the Nullabor in our family van 18 months ago and it was great fun, but definitely doesn't compare to hotfooting it around Paris!
ReplyDelete@wait until the sunsetOlivia are you sure I won't fit in your suitcase hehehe. You are going to have a ball! I hope you get to Verona, the shopping there is GREAT xxx
ReplyDelete*sigh* gorgeous ! Thank you for the escape :)
ReplyDeletedid you have to do that? ohhhhhh the life that once was... now on rainy days I get to the school car park at 2.30pm so I get a good park. sigh.
ReplyDeleteOh yes please...
